The AFA is pleased to welcome you to this first-ever Finance Postdoc Career Connections for matching finance doctoral graduates with interested employers.  Postdocs are individuals who have earned a doctoral degree and who are seeking a temporary research, teaching, and scholarship-based training position.   Given that many academic positions have been withdrawn this year due the COVID 19 pandemic, the AFA seeks to help fill the void with this program.
